Executive Chef FAUNA RESTAURANT
Executive chef, Jordi Delfa, says: "when you invite people into your home, you give them the best you have." As someone who has loved cooking from a very young age, Delfa believes in connecting people through food. Which is why, at Casa de Vivi, we emphasise good eating, a beautiful table, convival company, lively conversation, and excellent wines, by showing a love respect and love for the product that can be tasted in every dish.
